The Parks of Denton Apartment complex is the worst complex in Denton to rent from. Sure the rent is reasonable and they accept pets, but they don't fix things in a timely fashion, they enter your apartment without notice and leave no notice that they were in there or why they entered to begin with. The staff will never return any calls to you (emergency or otherwise) unless it has to do with YOU OWING THEM MONEY!!!! Here is the deal, for about $75 more bucks a month you can go down the street and be treated like you are valuable and not just another number. WHATEVER YOU DO... DO NOT RENT/REFER THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE!!!!!
I am living proof. Me and my family were without A/C in our apartment for 3 weeks and guess what NO ONE ever returned a single phone call or even cared about the safety of my children. The only offer I did receive was to go rent a hotel room (out of my pocket) and still pay your rent on the 1st. HOW IS THAT FOR CARING ABOUT YOUR RESIDENTS!!!!!
