While all referrels called & emailed me ASAP, I went with the first one I talked with. Jimmy arrived that day as promised, and had my garage door opener repaired within the hour. The work was done quickly and the repairs were reasonably priced. I only had one issue with Jimmy, when I asked up front what items other than the broken spring may need to be replaced, he didn't give a straight up answer. I needed to replace other parts that were well worn, so I think that he should just let people know up front what they may be needing.

1. Very prompt response to the Servicemagic request. It might have been 2 or 3 minutes only before Jimmy called. 2. Arrived on time to provide a quote 3. We received 2 other quotes, and his was the lowest. 4. Installer was pleasant and very professional. Work done quickly. 5. Very accomodating. By the time we received the 3rd quote, it was past the end of thier working day on Saturday. But they came by anyway to finish the job, which sure was much easier for us than trying to organize the work on a weekday.
