1. Very prompt response to the Servicemagic request. It might have been 2 or 3 minutes only before Jimmy called.
2. Arrived on time to provide a quote
3. We received 2 other quotes, and his was the lowest.
4. Installer was pleasant and very professional. Work done quickly.
5. Very accomodating. By the time we received the 3rd quote, it was past the end of thier working day on Saturday. But they came by anyway to finish the job, which sure was much easier for us than trying to organize the work on a weekday.
